History: Click me! Short version: A artificial Puella Magi created from the core of a witch, to replace dead Puella Magi Michiru Kazusa. The thirteenth attempt, and the most successful - until recently, Kazumi had no idea of her origins, as unlike the previous duplicates, she was not given Michiru’s memories, but instead
Personality:
Abilities & physical limitations: A seemingly average Puella Magi,

When under stress, with a strongly darkened soul gem, Kazumi will begin to take on the traits of her witch form. This begins with a swirling, vine-like pattern across her skin, which grows and spreads. Her Puella Magi form deteriorates even more so; her arms become clawed, and her iris and pupil take on an unnatural, split shape. At high levels of deterioration, her legs fuse into a single long tail.
Appearance: A somewhat slight girl, with black hair chopped somewhat messily to neck length, and deep pink, nearly red eyes. When not in her Puella Magi form, favors blouse-like tops, shorts, and short skirts, often in a “cutesy tomboy” style. Always wears a pair of round, silver bell earrings.
